PURCHASES:
All merchandise are new unless noted otherwise. All goods/services will serve their intended functions.
PROCESSING TIME:
Most orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days. Any issues, customer will be contacted within 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING:
All merchandise will ship USPS ( United States Postal Service) with the expected delivery time of 3-8 days in most cases. Shipping status and tracking information will be provided in all purchases. Insurance is optional.
PAYMENTS:
We accept Paypal, Google and major credit cards. Also, we accept money orders and checks. Please allow 3-5 days for money orders and checks to clear bank.
RETURNS:
Must be made within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must be pre-authorized VIA email and a RMA number will be assigned to returns. Postage will be paid by Buyer on all returns. Only defective products with the original packaging and contents will receive a full refund. Items that are not defective, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We are not responsible for any lost return items by mail. Please purchase tracking for your security and proof of shipment.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Will be replaced, exchanged or refunded the full purchase price. Contact [email protected].
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Caused by shipping will be investigated and replaced when the shipping claim is resolved. Applies only if insurance was purchased.
WARRANTY:
Manufacture's warranties apply on all products.
